From day one travel has been in my life. Originally a California born girl, I was raised on the coast of Connecticut. I now live the southern lifestyle in beautiful Ocala, FL. As long as I can remember animals and nature were my first love! Yes, I was that kid who brought home every hurt bird or stray dog I came across. Heck, let's be honest...I still am!

 

I started off with Agriculture as my major in school. Having sustainability and the environment at the forefront of my education. I am always searching for clean foods and beauty product.

 

Once I moved to humid Florida, I struggled to get my naturally curly hair under control. I enrolled into beauty school hoping to understand the hot mess that was my hair! Learning the structure of hair and why it responses to it's environment helped me grow to LOVE my hair! I want to pass that on to every guest that sits in my chair. Educating you feeds my passion each and every day!

After 11 years of working in the hustle and bustle of a traditional salon. I wanted to offer my guests a more private  experience. Having my own suite has truly allowed me to create an exclusive and intimate environment for you to unwind in.

When I am not traveling to a local natural spring or new restaurant, you can find me at home with my hubby and boxer/pit mix named Otto. I love to unwind in my garden or cook a new recipe with a glass of red wine.
